All orders will be processed after payment confirmation of your new order. When we have dispatched your new order, you will receive an email with your dispatch confirmation and tracking number. Please note that we do not ship to P.O boxes and we are not liable for any custom or import duties, this is determined by your country’s import laws and regulations, contact your local custom’s department for more information.

We want to make sure that you are 100% happy with your new purchase. We will accept returns up to 30 days after the initial purchase if the item isn’t how you imagined it would be, you have received the wrong items or if there are any visual or functional defects. We recommend that you check out our handy SIZE GUIDE to ensure that you receive the correct size of your purchased item.
*Please note that items such as earrings or other piercing jewellery cannot be returned due to Australian health regulations unless it is defective. All items must be returned in a new and unused condition and the return postage must be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery method to ensure that it arrives to our address safely, as we cannot provide any help if we do not receive the returning item.
