♥ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries around the world!

♥ Do you have a store front?
We currently do not have a store front but #futuregoals ;)
We work solely online and all goods can only be shipped via. our mailing courier

♥ How long will my order take?

♥ How do I make an order?
Its super easy! Just add your item to your cart at www.trickery.com.au and proceed to check out, then follow the step by step process. It is recommended that you create a quick and easy account to be able to save on future orders with our loyalty system. You'll also be able to access your order history and other features :)

♥ Can I combine multiple orders?
Sorry! We process and pack each order very quickly to get your shiny new item to you as fast as possible and so we are unable combine separate orders together.

♥ How do I cancel an order?
As we process and pack each order very quickly to ensure that your items are shipped as soon as possible! Because of this, we cannot cancel orders. We do however have a return policy that can be viewed HERE

♥ How do I return an order?
We want you to be 100% happy! You have 30 days after receiving the item to return an order. If the product is faulty (we lovingly check each item before sending, but sometimes a fault may be overlooked or it may get damaged during the shipping process) send us an email and pictures of the faulty item to sales@trickery.com.au and we'll send you a new one out ASAP. Delivery and Returns 

♥ What payment options are available?

We accept PayPal and Credit/Debit card payments.

These options are both processed by PayPal as it gives you extra added security when making a purchase online. You do not need a PayPal account if you wish to make a purchase with your credit/debit card, just follow the prompts when checkout redirects you to PayPal (instead of logging into PayPal, click the “Pay with credit or debit card” button underneath the login in button) and fill in your information.

♥ Will my order be packaged safely?
We pride ourselves on secure packaging! All products will be shipped in durable mailing boxes and protected with bubble wrap. The products are contained within velvet branding bags and inside unique custom packaging to keep all your goodies safe!

♥ Can I exchange the size of my new ring?
Of course you can! If your ring does not fit as you imagined it, contact us as soon as possible so that you can exchange it - you can change your mind on a product for up to 30 days after receiving it. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the item.

♥ How do I use my discount voucher?

Very easily! Just type the unque voucher code in the designated box when checking out an item.

♥ Can my jewellery wear off?

All of our jewellery is made out of stainless steel, which is very durable, great quality and looks fabulous! Black coated items can last for years if kept well, however it is not scratch proof. It is always better to be cautious and increase the lifespan of your jewellery by avoiding water and heavy duty chores, and remember to take your jewellery off before bed!

♥ What is your black jewellery made out of?
The black coating available on many of our jewellery is made out of stainless steel, with a black rhodium plating. This is created using extreme high temperatures and pressure. It is incredibly

durable and high quality.
